⚔️ The Dad Dash Is Coming!

If you’re reading this, you’ve still got some fight left in you.

The Dad Dash is an NFL Combine-Style competition on March 14th.

This is about more than pride and legacy. It's about responsibility.
Run the 40-yard dash.
Rep out in a Bench press.
Then, compete in the punt, pass & kick drills.

No excuses. No sidelines.
Step up and compete:

Every dollar raised supports Choices AZ Pregnancy Center — protecting life when it matters most.

We’ll have food trucks, raffles, a silent auction, and bounce houses for the kids...

But this day is about something bigger than just competing.

It’s about being a man of consequence.

Don’t just talk about it.

Register.
Show up.
Lead from the front.

It does not matter what your background is. What matters is whether you surrendered to Jesus or not.
Jesus constantly went away to be with the Father in prayer
προσκαρτερέω (proskartereō) | “Devoted” = persisted in prayer.
Prayer is foundational, but not final.
Our mission isn’t to disciple people to pray and worship Jesus in Word and Spirit. It’s to KNOW and FOLLOW
Acts 1:14b
together with the women and Mary, the mother of Jesus, and his brothers.
Is it biblical for women to lead in ministry?
Short answer: YES!

Biblical Examples of Women Leading in Ministry

The only roles Biblically excluded from women are the roles of elder and senior/lead pastor. Men are held responsible and accountable for how they lead their marriages, families, homes, and the Church.

David prophesied about Judas centuries earlier in the Psalms.
The right interpretation of the Scripture guides the believer, especially during hard times.
Wrong expectations [rooted in pride] lead to bitterness and apathy.
Judas’ heart was all about his position, not Jesus’ mission.
At Kingdom Culture, we minister from mission, not for position.
Holding Jesus hostage to your expectations is you trying to switch places with the God of the Universe. It doesn't work that way.
When you elevate expectations of who Jesus is supposed to be FOR YOU above what scripture says, it means you’re aligning more with Judas than you are with Jesus.
The Christian life is the complete and total surrender where you say, "Jesus, you have my 'yes' — before I know the outcome."
Where in your life have you wrongly believed that Jesus owes you something that wasn’t already covered at the cross?
A servant demands wages.
A consumer demands service.
But a son says, “Father, I trust You even here and now.”
Three Criteria The Disciples Looked For In A Leader:
Who has been here for everything?
Who has proven they can handle it?
Who has seen the resurrected Jesus and is bold enough to witness to it?

Joseph The Greek name Ἰωσήφ (Iosif/Ioseph means "he will add,""Jehovah increases," or "God will add/increase".

Barsabbascomes from the Greek name Savvas (Σάββας), meaning "old man," "elder," or "grandfather". Historically associated with wisdom and experience.

Justus means “God-fearer”.
Matthiasmeans "gift of God," "gift of Yahweh," or "gift of the Lord".
How to pray through BIG decisions
1. Recognize God as sovereign
2. Give the choice to God
3. Share your desires
4. Ask God for wisdom
God doesn’t choose based on what makes sense. He chooses what gives Him glory.
God didn’t choose you because YOU made the most sense. He chose you because He wants you to BOLDLY give Him glory.
When you realize Christ is the sole source of your righteousness, it makes you want to boldly tell everyone.
It’s easy to walk in boldness when you realize God’s call isn’t because of YOU. It's because of HIM!
