Questions to keep the conversation going
· Spend some time sharing about your past week.

· What area of your life feels most "cluttered" right now whether that's your physical space, your schedule, your relationships, or your mind— and what do you think is making it hard to let go or simplify?

· How does clutter (physical, mental, relational) affect your ability to focus on what God is calling you to do or who He's calling you to be?

· Read Philippians 4:4-13.

· Paul writes "rejoice in the Lord always" from prison, stripped of his freedom and possessions. What does his example teach us about what we actually need versus what we think we need?

· What might we be holding onto that's cluttering our ability to experience joy in the Lord?

· Verse 6 says "do not be anxious about anything." What worries, "what-ifs," or future concerns are taking up mental and emotional space in your life right now? How might releasing these anxieties to God in prayer declutter your mind and heart?

· Paul tells us to focus our thoughts on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. What thoughts, habits, relationships, or influences in your life don't fit this list and might need to be decluttered or removed?

· In verse 11-12 Paul talks about being content. What would it look like to embrace Paul’s contentment in your current season?

· Spend some time praying for one another.
