Sabbath rest is the beginning of trusting God.
Sabbath is the bridge commandment. It's how we radically love God, and how we radically love people.
Hebrew: נָפַשׁ (Nafash) = To be refreshed, to catch one’s breath.
Greek: καταλύω (kataluō) = To abolish; to destroy, dismantle, disintegrate, overthrow, or nullify.

It is used for tearing down a structure or invalidating a system.
Greek: πληρόω (plēroō) = To fulfill; to fill to the brim, complete, bring to full expression, or accomplish the intended purpose.

It carries the idea of bringing something into its destined fullness.
The spirit of religion says: “I’m in right standing with God because I kept the Law.”
The Law shows you where you're wrong; the blood is what makes you right.
You are in right standing with God because of Jesus!
The Law under the New Covenant is a spiritual blueprint for blessing.
Warning:
The enemy hates the Sabbath because he hates you becoming whole.
Sabbath
We are committed to honor the Sabbath. We set apart one day a week and keep it holy unto the Lord. The Sabbath was made for us to rest, heal and hear God.
Hebrews 4:9, Exodus 20:8, Isaiah 56:2, Ezekiel 20:12, Mark 3:1-6
3 Reasons You’re Not Experiencing the Benefits of Sabbath
1. You're not working hard
In order to rest, you need something to rest from.
God didn't just command rest—He commanded work.
3 Reasons You’re Not Experiencing the Benefits of Sabbath
1. You're not working hard
2. Your priorities are out of line
Sabbath rest flows from living your priorities in order.
God is calling us to get our priorities in line.
Future regrets are forming wherever your priorities are out of order.
3 Reasons You’re Not Experiencing the Benefits of Sabbath
1. You're not working hard
2. Your priorities are out of line
3. You have hidden sin in your life

From Affairs to Pastoring: A Story Of The Mercy Of God

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bk44rtyEAT8
Confession of sin, which leads to repentance, is God's way of taking the burdens that we are carrying and transferring them to Him.
Your soul can't rest while it's running from the One who gives the rest.
The reason people don't Sabbath is because they don't trust God.
Keeping the Sabbath is the beginning of you trusting God.
Sabbath is the beginning of trusting God.

🙏 The Prayer of Radical Love

Father, I really do love You. I call You Holy, You call me Beloved! Thank You for loving me. Today I love on You. Would You love on me? Your love is perfect. I want to love like You! Help me love my neighbor and my enemy. Teach me how to war in love. I pray the love of God casts out all fear. Shame, go! Glory of God come fill me. Holy Spirit help me to love what You love and hate what You hate. I choose to obey You today! Lord, I love You with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength. I pray today to encounter Your radical love! Amen.
