Where do you personally feel the pressure of “presents” overshadowing “presence” during this season?

When you think about the name Immanuel, what part of your life right now most needs the reminder that God is truly “with you”?

Many times life doesn’t look or feel like God is with us. What situations in your past (or present) have made you question God’s presence, and what helped you hold on—or return—to Him?

How does it change your mindset to know that God’s presence is constant, even when the circumstances don’t change immediately?

Closing Prayer
God, thank You for being Immanuel—God with us. Help us slow down enough to recognize Your presence in our everyday lives. Remind us that You never leave us and You never forsake us. Teach us to value people over things and presence over presents. Make us more aware of You, and help us reflect Your love by being truly present with others. Amen.
