The Gospel is good news for flawed people.
Ahaz: King Ahaz's sins, as detailed in the Bible, making idolatrous statues of Baal, and engaging in practices that were an affront to the Lord. In particular, he sacrificed his own children to pagan gods and dismantled religious items from God's temple. (2 Chron 28)
Rahab: Rahab was a Gentile prostitute who lived in the city of Jericho. (Joshua 2)
David: King David commits adultery with Bathsheba, the wife of one of his soldiers, Uriah. To cover his sin, David arranges for Uriah to be killed in battle. (2 Samuel 11&12)
The Gospel is good news for faithful people.
