Good News for Ordinary People
The birth of Jesus is good news for ordinary, overwhelmed, and “not-in-a-good-place” people like us. This Christmas, we’ll discover a joy deeper than circumstances, the life-changing power of His name, and the hope that God’s plans, often unexpected, are always better and always good.

Christmas is good news for ordinary people.
GOD WORKS THROUGH:
1. People the world calls UNQUALIFIED.
“tekton”: carpenter, woodworker; more generally: construction worker, including stonemason and metalworker.
To God, the greatest ability is AVAILABILITY.
2. People, even when they are not in a “GOOD PLACE.”
Any place with God is the RIGHT PLACE.
3. People who LIVE NORMAL LIVES.
He came to save ORDINARY people.
Will you make yourself available to Him?
NEXT STEPS:
1. Say “yes” to Jesus.
2. Read Scripture (Luke 1-2).
3. Invite someone to Christmas Eve.
4. Be intentionally generous and serve someone.
