Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

Upcoming Events at The River
December 10 - J.O.Y. Group (Just Older Youth)
We meet at The River from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. This is open to all River attenders, their friends and family. Contact the Pierson's at 607-793-0118 if you plan on attending.
December 10 - Mobile Blood Drive
There will be a mobile blood drive here at The River from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. You can help save a life and sign up to donate by using the link below. For questions email info@HitTheRiver.com.
December 20 - Happy Birthday Jesus Party
All River Kids families are invited to join us for a family-friendly evening of Christmas fun, family activities, and holiday blessing projects to help you reach your ONE this Christmas season! Admission is free, but we ask that you prayerfully consider donating any of the following items for a group donation to Shared Harvest food bank.

Peanut Butter
Canned Fruits and Vegetables
Canned Pasta Sauce
Pasta
Pancake Mix
Soups and Stews
Canned Beans
Canned Tuna or Chicken
Meal Kits like Hamburger Helper or Mac and Cheese
Additionally, we will be having a Tacky Christmas Outfit contest during our event! Come dressed up ready to win votes for the tackiest Christmas attire - a prize is on the line! Light refreshments will be served.
December 24 - Christmas Eve Services
We would love to have you at one of our Christmas Eve services. Service times are 2:00 pm, 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. All services will be structured the same so choose which one you would like to attend and we will see you there! These will be family friendly services so River Kids classes will not be open.
December 28 - One Service
On Sunday, December 28 we will have one service only at 10:00 am.
River Kids classes will be available for all ages.
December 28 - Poptarts & PJ's
The River will be having one combined Worship Service at 10 AM. River Kids classes will be available for all ages and we will be having our beloved Poptarts and PJs morning! To honor our volunteers and help lighten their load during Christmas week, we will be watching the Angel Studios movie, "King of Kings", in Preschool-5th grade classrooms and will have a Poptart treat! Simple crafts and busy activities will be available as well for kids to enjoy. We encourage kids to wear their coziest PJs and join us for an awesome post-Christmas morning!
January 14 - Ladies Bible Study
Join us for this 7-session Bible study by Marian Jordan Ellis to discover how 1 and 2 Peter challenge you to hold fast to Jesus to live victoriously and joyfully. Study and Discussion led my Emily Mercer. Sign up by going to HitTheRiver.com.
