INTRODUCTION
John 6:11 — “Jesus took the loaves, and when He had given thanks…”
Gratitude precedes the miracle.
What we call not enough, Heaven calls seed.
Faith moves from scarcity thinking → surrender thinking.

Expectation held the crowd.
Philip saw ability.
Andrew saw availability.
Jesus saw opportunity.
HE RECOGNIZED THE NEED OF THE CROWD
John 6:5–7
Jesus saw the need before anyone spoke.
He is the Good Shepherd — Matthew 6:8 — “Your Father knows what you need before you ask.”
Key Thought:
✔ What surprises us never surprises God.
“If it’s on your heart, it’s already on God’s agenda.”
Application:
Walk with confidence — God saw your need before you prayed your prayer.
HE REALIZED THE LIMITATIONS
John 6:8–10
Philip calculates cost.
Andrew calculates portion.
Both conclude: “It’s not enough.”
But God lets us hit our limits so we’ll lean on His limitless strength.
2 Corinthians 12:9 — “My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
The boy’s lunch wasn’t enough —
but it was surrendered.
Key Thought:
✔ Your limits activate God’s limitless power.
Application:
Bring your limits to God — surrender releases multiplication.
HE REJOICED IN HEAVENS PROVISION
John 6:10–13
Jesus thanks God before the miracle.
Thanksgiving is Heaven’s trigger.
(John 11:41 — Jesus thanks God before Lazarus walks out.)
As He breaks it → God blesses it.
As He tears it → God transforms it.
As He gives it → God multiplies it.
Five thousand fed.
Twelve baskets left — one for each doubting disciple.
Key Thought:
✔ Your gratitude can trigger God’s generosity.
Application:
Thank God for what’s in your hands — then expect Him to multiply it.
CONCLUSION
Jesus saw the need.
Jesus allowed the limits.
Jesus multiplied the little.
And it all began with THANKS.
Grace for what’s available means the blessing is already in your hands.
Bring Him your little.
Bring Him your lack.
Bring Him your limits.
Bring Him what looks insufficient.
Because in the Master’s hands—

LITTLE becomes MUCH.
LACK becomes ABUNDANCE.
NOT ENOUGH becomes MORE THAN ENOUGH.
