1. Memorize Deteuronomy 29:29 this week.
2. Reflect on the distinction between the "secret things" of the Lord and the "revealed things."
3. Find a time to write down the three primary attributes of God that were revealed in Jesus.
4. Spend time in prayer thanking God for his character, as revealed in Jesus.
1. How has God's wrath been presented to you in the past? What beliefs do you hold about God's wrath?
2. What does Deuteronomy 29 teach you about God's wrath that you may not have noticed before?
3. How do you balance God's wrath and God's love? Do you feel the need to balance the two? If so, why? If not, why not?
4. How can focusing on God's wrath be a detriment to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ?
5. Verse 29 speaks of God's "secret things" and the "revealed things". How do you balance accepting what you don’t understand about God’s ways while faithfully obeying what has been revealed to us?
