Make an IMPACT

The Bible teaches us that tithing is an act of obedience and that we should trust God with every aspect of our lives, which also includes our finances. Sacrificing a portion of our income helps us look beyond ourselves and makes us more aware of the needs of others. We offer many ways for you to make an IMPACT and give back. Take a look at some of the options below:

Whatever grows in you eventually shows through you.
“He’s not stealing for fun. He’s stealing because he’s hungry. We all make mistakes. He needed help, not handcuffs.”
– Jitendra “Jay” Singh
1. Mark #1 - A Quiet Approach: Strength That Stops
When’s the last time you actually stopped?
Gentleness slows the world down long enough for love to catch up.
2. Mark #2 - A Teachable Spirit: Strength That Surrenders
It’s the strength to let go of what’s comfortable so God can shape what’s possible.
But gentleness is the posture that says… “God, before I tell You what’s wrong with them, help me see what’s wrong in me.”
Gentleness doesn’t cling to control… it opens its hands and lets God lead.
3. Mark #3 - A New Way to See: Strength That Lives Different
Gentleness isn’t proven by how loud you talk about Jesus… it’s shown by how closely you walk with Him.
Action Steps for this Week:

Gentleness isn’t something you try harder to do… it’s something you let the Spirit grow in you. So, this week, don’t just focus on being nicer; focus on staying in step with the One who’s gentle with you.

Action Steps:

1. Slow Down Before You Speak
Before you react, respond, or post — pause.
Ask the Spirit, “Is what I’m about to say going to heal or hurt?”
Gentleness starts in the seconds you surrender control instead of proving a point.

2. Look for Who’s on the Side of the Road
Ask God to help you see the person everyone else steps around… at work, at school, even in your own home. Send the text. Ask the question. Offer the help.

Remember: Gentleness slows down long enough for love to catch up.

3. Walk with Jesus, Don’t Race Ahead of Him
Every morning this week, start by saying, “Holy Spirit, set my pace today.”

Then pay attention… to interruptions, to people, to conviction. Because gentleness grows when you stop trying to lead Jesus and start following Him.
