We are a CHURCH that Faithfully Pursues the Infilling and Movement of the Holy Spirit!

Ephesians 5:18
“Be filled with the Holy Spirit…”
Through Salvation, the Holy Spirit takes up RESIDENCE in your life!

John 20:21-23 NIV
Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.”
Through Baptism in the Spirit, the Holy Spirit EMPOWERS your life!

Acts 2:1-4 NIV
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
The key to experiencing the Holy Spirit is to WAIT!

Acts 1:4-5 NIV
On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”
We are a CHURCH that Eagerly Responds to the Promptings of the Holy Spirit!

Galatians 5:25 NLT
Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
Acts 8:29 NLT
The Holy Spirit said to Philip, “Go…
Acts 16:6 NLT
Next Paul and Silas traveled through the area of Phrygia and Galatia, because the Holy Spirit had prevented them from preaching the word in the province of Asia at that time.
John 14:16-17 NIV
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
To follow the Spirit's Promptings, we need to…
 Grow in our sensitivity to the Spirit through prayer, worship, and intimacy with God.
 Build a relationship of bold trust with God because we may not always understand where He is leading us.
 Ask the Spirit daily to guide your steps.
 Practice obedience in small things first — help someone, pray for someone, or step into ministry when prompted.
We are a CHURCH that Boldly Operates in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit!

1 Corinthians 12:1-11 & 31 NIV
1 Now about the gifts of the Spirit, brothers and sisters, I do not want you to be uninformed. 2 You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols. 3 Therefore, I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work.
7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
31 Now eagerly desire the greater gifts.
