You can't radically love God or people with murder in your heart!

Murder is the intentional, unlawful taking of innocent human life in violation of God’s command and authority.

Hebrew: רָצַח (Rāṣaḥ) — “to murder,” unlawful taking of innocent life. Not the same as judicial execution or war.

Hebrew: שָׁפַךְ (Shāphak) — “to shed blood”

Greek: φονεύω (Phoneuō) = “to murder”

Murder Simplified = Taking innocent human life with intent; an attack on God’s image.

Life begins at conception in the womb.

Greek: Baby (Brephos) = An unborn or a newborn child, infant, babe, child in arms.

God placed the same value on unborn babies as newborn babies!

Luke 1:44 ESV
For behold, when the sound of your greeting came to my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.

Not only are babies alive in the womb, they can be Spirit-filled in the womb!

Caution:
The commandment is “Do not murder,” not “Do not kill.”

Is capital punishment Biblical?

When was the last time you prayed for your enemies?

Practical Advice:
Pray the prayer of radical love.

Murder is a demonic spirit!

Question:
How does someone get to the demonic place of murder?

Without radical love, you are susceptible to radical hate!

Hebrew: שָׂנֵא (Śānēʼ) = To hate; detest; be hostile toward.

Greek: μισέω (Miseō) = To hate; detest; reject.

Practical Advice:
Don't use the word "hate" in your house!

Hate is the heart of murder!

Caution:
Hate sneaks in! Guard your heart!

Luke 23:4 – “I find no guilt in this man.”

Luke 23:14–15 – “I did not find this man guilty… neither did Herod.”

Luke 23:22 – “Why? What evil has he done? I have found in him no guilt deserving death.”

Substitutionary Atonement = Christ taking the murderer's place.
