Student Ministries Garage Sale
Thursday & Friday, September 26-27 | 8am-4pm | Student Ministries is hosting their annual garage sale during Manteno's Oktoberfest! Time to start decluttering your garages, basements, attics, closets, etc. They will start collecting your gently used, still decent items on Sunday, September 21. Drop your sellable items off in the gym anytime that week during business hours, 8am to 4pm, or during nightly activities. This is a huge fundraiser for our students and we truly appreciate your support!

Alabaster Sunday
Sunday, September 28 | Alabaster is the international building fund of the Church of the Nazarene. While the church is truly the people of God, Alabaster funds make it possible to provide spaces that serve communities, strengthen ministry efforts, and show that the Church of the Nazarene is here to stay. Every week, it helps support four new land and construction projects around the world. Offerings are collected twice a year, and our next collection is September 28. This Sunday, stop by the table in the foyer to pick up an Alabaster box. Fill it with coins or cash over the next couple of weeks, then bring it back on offering day.

Wednesday Night Dinner Menu: Mostaccioli and Roasted Veg

In the Image of God: A Reflected Image
2 Corinthians 3:18
September 14, 2025

Your focus is forming your image.

Romans 12:1
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Romans 8:29-30
For those God foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

What – or who – has your focus?

Exodus 33:11
The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend.

Exodus 34:29
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord.

We were created to reflect God’s glory.

Your focus is forming your image.

Your focus is forming your image.

Those who best reflect Christ’s image are those who have made it a habit to be in his presence.

2 Corinthians 3:18
We all, with unveiled faces, are reflecting the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory...

God’s image is to be radiant, not hidden.

Your focus is forming you.

The closer you are to Jesus, the more you will reflect his likeness into your world.
