EQUIPPING
We have the word “overseer” in the New Testament (as we’ve read) and it means “church leader.” Titus 1 interchanges it with the term “elder.” And it is also used in context with the word “shepherd,” like in Acts 20 when Paul is saying his final goodbyes to the Ephesian elders.
