Make an IMPACT

The Bible teaches us that tithing is an act of obedience and that we should trust God with every aspect of our lives, which also includes our finances. Sacrificing a portion of our income helps us look beyond ourselves and makes us more aware of the needs of others. We offer many ways for you to make an IMPACT and give back. Take a look at some of the options below:

“What did I achieve?”
“Where am I now?”
1. Not All Roads Lead to Heaven.
Two Roads:
One is wide.
One is narrow.

Two Roads:
One leads to life.
One leads to destruction.
“Well, what are you guys doing? I’ll do that too.”
“What do most Americans believe about this? Whatever’s trending right now…I’ll just believe that.”
“What’s the thing that won’t get me criticized? I don’t want to stand out. I don’t want people to make fun of me. So,I’ll just go along.”
2. God desires everyone to be saved.
3. You get to make the decision
A 5-second decision can create a lifetime of regret.
What road are you on right now?
Action Steps for this Week:

This week, no matter where you are on your faith journey, I want you to slow down long enough to wrestle with these questions. Be honest with yourself and let God show you where you are on the road. Remember how Jesus described it in Matthew 7… there’s a wide road that feels easy but leads to a dead end, and a narrow road that can be harder but it’s the only one that leads to life.

Action Steps:

1. Which road am I really on right now… the one that feels easy, or the one that actually leads to life?
At the end of each day this week, pause and ask yourself: Did my choices today look more like blending in with the crowd, or following Jesus on the narrow road?

2. What voices or pressures am I following that might be pulling me in the wrong direction?
Pick one voice that’s been pulling you off course… social media, a toxic friendship, a habit that numbs you, and intentionally step away from it for one week. Create space to hear God’s voice.

3. What step do I need to take today to move closer to Jesus?
Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Pray before you go to bed. Forgive the person you’ve been holding onto. Open Matthew 7 and read it for yourself. Or maybe for the first time ever, simply say: “Jesus, I’m ready to follow You.” And don’t do it alone… let someone walk with you in that decision. Reach out to a pastor, talk with a volunteer after service, or send an email this week.
