Point 1: I will bless the Lord at all times.

Point 2: Our praise to God must not be based on the events or seasons of our lives because God remains Good all the time.

Point 3: Praise to God shall continually be in my mouth.

Point 4: Yield to the power of the Holy Spirit so that our complaints can be converted into petitions.

Point 5: As we grow a heart of thanksgiving in every circumstance of life, our perspective on life will change.
