Key Point #1: Impatience makes us prone to idolatry (cf. Exodus 32:1-6).
Key Point #2: Idolatry must be confronted with conviction (cf. Exodus 32:7-29).
Key Point #3: After idolatry, we still need intercession (cf. Exodus 32:30-35).
One Last Thought: It is our job to make sure nothing else sits on the throne of our heart, but God Himself.
