“What’s the Root Cause of ALL THIS?”
“Crushing Chaos.”
In Ancient times EVERYONE believed in “A” god
It’s telling us that GOD CREATES ORDER OUT OF CHAOS!
The climax of Creation is that God goes from Hovering to Resting. He only rests once things have been ordered.
Once things have been properly ORDERED, then you get REST and PEACE.
When you refuse HIS ORDER in your life, you don’t get HIS REST AND PEACE
When we don’t align ourselves with God’s ORDER, there is no peace or rest, instead there’s anxiety, worry, depression, financial mess, relational mess, and identity mess because we’re not living GOD’S WAY!
Our lives become GOOD, ABUNDANT, and EXTRAORDINARY when they’re brought into God’s ORDER.
Growing Disciples are those who are allowing the Holy Spirit to bring ORDER to the CHAOS in their lives on a DAILY BASIS!!
You won’t GROW if your life is in CHAOS.
When you don’t have God, you LOSE ORDER!!
The story of the Flood is NOT about God’s wrath…it’s about the REVERSAL of the world back into CHAOS!
The people decided to reject God’s ORDER. And when they did the world reverted to CHAOS and DISORDER…resulting in the Flood!
When we decide to do things OUR WAY and we continually reject God…God leaves the GROUP CHAT and CHAOS ensues.
He never leaves without a long period of WARNING!
Don’t mistake God’s GRACE for God’s APPROVAL.
What God had Noah build was not a BOAT…IT WAS A BOX!
The BOAT God had Noah build, which was a BOX, was really a TEMPLE.
God’s ORDER doesn’t make sense to the world, but it will Save your Life from CHAOS!
The Ark was a type of the Temple, which was a type of Christ who came to SAVE us from our CHAOS.
People want Peace, but they DON’T WANT God’s ORDER.
GROWING Disciples are those who PRIORITIZE God’s ORDER in their lives, THEREFORE, they have Rest and Peace
What area of your life needs to be brought under God’s ORDER?
You will ONLY grow as a Disciple when I ALLOW God’s ORDER to rule in my life!
Are you ready to surrender your life to Jesus? To follow His ORDER? You’ll never have true Peace and Rest in your life until you decide to do things God’s way.
