PRAYER
Spend time in prayer, asking God to help you overcome anxious attachments and to deepen your trust in His love and provision.
Use the prayer from the sermon as a guide:
"Heavenly Father, with a heavy heart, I come to you burdened by anxious attachments in my relationships. Lord Jesus, I confess my fear of being alone, my constant need for reassurance, and the insecurity that causes pain. I ask for your salvation and healing touch on this area of my life. Save me from this cycle of fear and bring freedom to my heart. Heal the past wounds contributing to these anxieties, and help me know your unwavering love that casts out all fear. Grant me the grace to fully trust you as my secure base. Teach me to build healthy trust in human relationships, grounded in your love. Give me wisdom to establish healthy boundaries and the strength to find my worth and security in you, Jesus. I believe in your power to bring freedom and healing. Thank you for hearing my prayer and your promise never to leave me. In Jesus' name, Amen."
