Are you wanting to grow in your Spiritual journey?
Would you like to get to know others better? The River Church is committed to helping others grow in their faith and developing deeper connections with others. Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

We are looking to grow our groups. If you are interested in joining a new group please contact Leslie Stone, our Director of Small Groups & Connections at leslie@hittheriver.com.

Ready to step into serving at The River?
We are looking for a few individuals who would be willing to be ushers on Sunday mornings. As an usher you will welcome people into the Worship center. You will help pass out bulletins, assist people in finding seating if needed, filling the communion tables and checking the worship area in between services. July 14 - 17 - V.B.S. Magnified
Parents, mark your calendars for VBS 2025!
Summer will be here before we know it and we are looking for volunteers for Vacation Bible School 2025. We are going to have a fantastic week helping kids discover the bigness of God in the smallest of things! This week will be full of the most important stuff a kid could possibly learn, and we cannot accomplish this without you.

July 20 - Kids Sing in Church
We love to have our Vacation Bible School attendees show off what they learn during VBS! This year, on Sunday, July 20, all VBS attendees will sing the MAGNIFIED! theme song during the 9:30 & 11 AM worship services at The River. If your family attends the 9:30 service, we ask that you would please consider staying through the beginning of the 11:00 service so your child can sing during both services, if at all possible. We look forward to seeing these adorable performers
and them leading us in song!

July 23 - River Youth head to Kings Island
All 6th-12th graders are invited to join us for a day of fun at King's Island! Students need to be dropped off at the park entrance at 10 am and either need to bring their King's Island pass, purchase a ticket online or bring $45 to pay for a day pass. Additionally, please send your student with money to purchase lunch in the park. Parents are to pickup outside of King's Island at 3:30 pm.

July 26 - Men’s Pancake Breakfast
All men (16 & up) are invited to our annual Free Pancake Breakfast, Saturday, July 26th from 8:30 - 10:00am. Our speaker this year is Jonas Bray. This is a great event to invite someone to join you. Spots are limited! Sign up at HitTheRiver.com. Questions? Email Leslie@hittheriver.com.

August 9 - Sleep In Heavenly Peace bed build
Sleep in Heavenly Peace will coordinate with our church for a build day on August 9 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. This is for ages 8 and up only. This is a great opportunity for everyone to pitch in and make a difference for local families. Sign up on our website.

August 10 - Moo-ve Up Sunday
All incoming Kindergarteners, 2nd-graders, and any 3-year-olds that have not yet transitioned to the Preschool room will be joining their new Sunday School classes during both the 9:30 and 11:00 Worship Services. We will also have a dedicated time of prayer in each class as we prepare our minds and hearts to head back to school! All River Kids (Pre-K and up) will get to enjoy a yummy, creamy sweet treat to celebrate our big MOOve! If you have any questions about your child's class transition, please email taylor@hittheriver.com.
