Sin is a word for the habits, behaviors, mindsets, attitudes, and actions that hold us back from experiencing the flourishing life God created us for.

Gluttony = Misdirected Hunger

Gluttony = the misguided attempt to find ultimate satisfaction in what we consume

Gluttony is the attempt to find soul satisfaction in the act of consumption

Food is a gift from God.

Eating like Jesus means moving from individual consumption to sacred community.

In our culture, meals have become less about community and more about endless consumption.

Jesus came to show us that true human flourishing isn’t found in what we consume, but in the life we share and the love we give.
