REMEMBER WITH TRUTH AND LOVE.

1. The nations naturally rebel against Jesus.

2. Jesus is Sovereign over the Nations.

BIG IDEA:
Serve and Honor Christ in your nation because He is sovereign over all.

“I want to help us be less American so that we might be more patriotic…We become better friends to America by loving Christ first.”
— Jonathan Leeman

We all practice patriotism better when we serve and honor Christ first.

“It’s the most heavenly minded people who are free to do the most earthly good. They are free to pour themselves out, or give themselves away, because they are not trying to store up their treasure on earth… Our churches should be the loudest voice against racism, corrupt inequality,…trafficking… broken homes, homelessness, child abandonment, and abuse, no matter what the culture is preaching at the time.”
— Patrick Schreiner
