Lead - to act as a guide, to show the way.
A leader understands that what they do others will do.

How to Lead Like Jesus
1. Identify Those That God wants you to Lead.
God has put some people in your path that you're supposed to lead (who should you be throwing your mantle on?)
God expects you to be proactive in leading others.

2. Care about those you Lead.
You should truly care about the lives of those that God wants you to help lead.
Open your heart to them and become a true fan on their journey.

3. Spend Time with those you Lead
Jesus preached to the Multitudes, but he Discipled the 12.
Effective discipleship is often organic. It requires TIME & CONVERSATIONS (calls, coffees, circles)

4. Ask the Right Questions
Ask Questions using God's Vision for them as a Roadmap >>
