The modern church is not threatened as much from without as it is from within. If we allow Satan's philosophy to make inroads into the church, esp that which is contrary to Scripture, we are set up for failure. The true church is only the one who stands faithfully for righteousness at any cost.

We live in a very advantaged moment in time, regarding the church. It is also rife with danger as Satan is working feverishly to undermine, subtly, the Word.
Beware of 'a little'
A little compromise
A little impurity
A little buying in of world's values
If there is a God...and His Son our Savior, Jesus Christ...and if He is proclaimed in truth and prophecy by the Holy, Canonized Bible...then we do well to lean in ...and stay close in obedience!

Call to True Repentance:
If Christ's gospel is nothing more than a 'coping' mechanism, and no way to defeat the enemy, then we would be right in placating sin. But if Christ is risen and the power of the Holy Spirit is available, we fail if we allow sin to remain in the believer!

As we move to new building - we will not become an entertainment center..but a house of prayer..of worship..of holiness unto the Lord. Those who are being awakened in our day are seeking something real and life-giving..a church that stands for God's Word.
Let us be a pure church...concentrated with the presence of God!!
