Vacation Bible School Kids Camp
Sunday - Thursday, June 8-12 | 6-8pm | We are excited for VBS starting on Sunday night! Make sure your kids are signed up and don't forget to invite their friends! This is an annual summer event where kids can experience God through Bible stories, games, creative experiments, snacks, music, and tons of fun. Acts 2:1-21
JOHN’S PROPHECY
“I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” (Matthew 3:11)
JESUS’S PROMISE
“Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 1:4-5)
THE CHURCH’S PENTECOST
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. (Acts 2:1-4)

Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
