The Apostles' Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord;
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried;
the third day he rose from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
Pastoral Prayer
The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be your name.
Your Kingdom come, your will be done,
On Earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
Forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.
Amen.

There will be a sign-up sheet in the back of church for the retirement
picnic for Randy on June 4th. It will be at Saunders Springs.
As we prepare for the arrival of our new pastor, there are several things
that need to be done at the parsonage: 1. We need to remove the old
carpet, and it will be replaced with vinyl plank flooring. 2. The interior
needs to be painted. 3. The stove needs to be replaced. 4. There is some
work that needs to be done on the exterior.
The estimated cost is $15,000. If you can contribute to help with this
project, you can give online, write a check to the check and put parsonage
in the memo line or put cash in an envelope and parsonage on the front of
the envelope. Thanks, Trustees
