True worship is not confined to church services, rituals, or specific times—it’s a continual, loving awareness of God’s presence in every moment. – Brother Lawrence
“Think often on God, by day, by night, in your business and even in your diversions. He is always near you and with you; leave Him not alone.” – Brother Lawrence

The bible has over 400 mentions of Singing.
“Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day.” — 1 Chronicles 16:23
“Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.” — Ephesians 5:19

Singing shapes our theology
Colossians 3:16
Let the word of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.

Singing stirs the affections
“My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you— I, whom you have delivered.”
Psalm 71:23

Church is designed to be a participartory experiance.
It can’t sustain consumerism and neither can Christians who become consumers rather than priests.
We’re on the Job.

As modern-day priests, we don’t bring sacrifices to earn forgiveness. Jesus finished that. We bring spiritual sacrifices because we were made to worship. It’s not obligation, it’s overflow. Not payment, but passion. We serve and love God, not to gain His favor, but because we already have it.
We Offer Spiritual Sacrifices
• Praise and worship (Hebrews 13:15)
• Prayer and intercession (Revelation 5:8)
• Our lives and bodies as living sacrifices
(Romans 12:1)
• Acts of love, generosity, and service (Hebrews 13:16)
• Praise and worship (Hebrews 13:15)
• Prayer and intercession (Revelation 5:8)
• Our lives and bodies as living sacrifices
(Romans 12:1)

Ministering to the Lord
Like OT priests who ministered directly to God in the temple. NT believers are invited into a lifestyle of worship, holiness, and intimacy with God.
- Spending time in God’s presence not just for others,
but unto Him
- Worshiping, not just as a performance or duty, but as
an offering
-Living lives set apart and holy, as vessels of His presence

Priestly living is about relationship, not ritual, but the ritual leads to relationship.
