FORGIVENESS
Vengeance is for God (and movies) but not for you and me.
Being able to bless those who curse us is part of our DNA.
You have not truly forgiven someone if you can’t bless them before walking away.
Unforgiveness is a self-written script for poison.

1. Do you struggle with forgiveness (either to receive or to extend)?
2. What is it about the biblical view on forgiveness that you struggle with?
3. Does forgiveness mean: a) That there will be no justice? b) That it doesn’t matter any longer? c) That things must simply go back as they were before (relationally, etc.)? d) That the ‘victim’ will always remain the ‘loser’?
4. From a biblical perspective, what do you understand to be the response of God’s Divine Nature in us, to those who have hurt us (and those we have hurt)?
