Our small groups are a great way to do this. We have groups for all ages and stages of life. They meet at different days and times to help provide an opportunity that can fit your schedule.

Ready to step into serving at The River?
We are looking for a few individuals who would be willing to be ushers on Sunday mornings. As an usher you will welcome people into the Worship center. You will help pass out bulletins, assist people in finding seating if needed, filling the communion tables and checking the worship area in between services. If you have any questions, email Leslie@HitTheRiver.com.

Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership Summit will be livestreamed at The River May 19-21. This is designed for business leaders, managers, business owners and any wanting to grow in leadership. June 1 - Graduation Sunday
During the 9:30 & 11:00 Worship Services, high school graduates will be recognized and prayed over as they enter the next exciting chapter of their lives! If you would like your graduating senior recognized, please email Ryan@HitTheRiver.com with a photo of your child, where they are graduating from, and what their plans are for this fall.
June 1 - River Youth Family Potluck
All River Youth students and their entire families are invited to join us from 6:30 - 8:30 pm for our Youth Family Potluck! This includes current River Youth students, incoming 6th graders, and graduating seniors. We want to formerly welcome our new 6th graders into the ministry and honor our seniors as they are on their way to their next adventures! Please register your family so we can know how many are attending. We are providing the meat and drinks and ask that girl students bring a dessert and guy students bring a side dish. June 3 - Ladies Summer Bible Study begins
All ladies of The River are invited to join our upcoming Ladies Bible Study called "Rest: from Eden to Eternity" on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 2:30 pm beginning June 3. Every one of us encounters and struggles with weariness and busyness. We all crave rest but we can find it difficult to have rest in a life full of work, schedules, and stress. Rest is a 6 week study that will trace the theme of rest from Genesis to Revelation and help you learn how to truly find rest in Jesus Christ. For questions, email margaret.s.layman@gmail.com. June 7 - Family Water Day
One of our favorite events of the summer is back in action this June 7 from 1-3 PM! Come on out to The River's parking lot for a giant water slide, plenty of places to splash around, some cold and sweet treats, and tons of fun! Family Water Day is the perfect, laid-back event to invite friends and family to join you at and introduce them to The River.

Parents, mark your calendars for VBS 2025!
Summer will be here before we know it and we are looking for volunteers for Vacation Bible School 2025. We are going to have a fantastic week helping kids discover the bigness of God in the smallest of things! This week will be full of the most important stuff a kid could possibly learn, and we cannot accomplish this without you.
