CLA Strategic Ministry Vision!

1. CLA would be an equipping environment where people are actively reproducing disciples, and that we have a biblically based discipleship system that is clear, intentional, comprehensive, and strategic at all life stages.

2. CLA would be a place where everyone is fulfilling their gift-based, passion-driven, God-given destiny.

3. CLA would be a place where everyone would embrace the need for intentionally focusing on and aggressively reaching 18–30-year-olds.

4. CLA would be a place where everyone is involved in some aspect of outreach that is having a significant impact on the community through compassion ministries, technology and media outreach, drama outreaches, athletics, addiction recovery, invitation to Sunday mornings, and one-on-one relational evangelism.

5. CLA would be a place where everyone is free to participate in worship and gifts are in operation within a balanced, healthy and biblically accurate environment.

6. CLA would be a place everyone realizes they are a significant part of the team regardless of their title or position.

7. CLA would be a place where everyone is empowered to build strong and healthy families that grow, serve, and worship together. Marriages are strong. Children are honoring to their parents. Everyone is a good steward of their finances.

8. CLA would be a place where everyone experiences authentic community in small groups that provide genuine care for one another.

9. CLA would be a place where everyone gives sacrificially to missions that are having a significant and balanced impact globally and locally.

10. CLA would be a place where everyone is valued, honored and respected.

I am so thankful for what He has done, is doing, and will continue do in us and through us at CLA!

Do, go, and give more to build His church and His Kingdom!

11. CLA would be a place where everyone is excited about being part of a reproducing environment where multiplication is normal, and churches are regularly planted.
