Sermon Title: An Easter Message on not losing heart.

Some things in life we will have to endure, but there are also times where God steps on the scene and things have to change.

I could imagine God telling jesus “The cross youre going to have to endure but the stone is going to have to move.”

Don't let your disappointments of what God hasnt done stop you from believing what he can.

These men were traumatized, most likely gripped with fear and extremely discouraged to say the least- they just watched their lord, their master, their friend be taken away and brutally murdered by the people he came to save.

Let's be real this morning, we've all been disappointed about things in our life or even our christian life that didn't work out the way we wanted it to.. And if we're not careful instead of finding strength to endure hardships we will just be beat down by hardships and lose faith and harden our hearts to God doing miracles in our lives-

We don't want to miss the news of the resurrection because of the disappointment of the crucifixion.

It was too hard last time things didn’t change so you begin to lose hope for things to change.

Have you been to places in your life like that?? Times where like the disciples you lost a loved one and you've struggled to believe that God can still heal the sick and work miracles. You lost the job or have struggled financially and have lost faith in God to provide for you?

Its time to believe God again, its time to the let the Holy Spirit in to heal disappointments and rebuild faith for the future.
