Jesus Lives Again
Mark 16:1-8
Mark gives us a very simple account of Jesus’ resurrection!
1. The Women were on an anxious M__________ (16:1-4)
a. They came to anoint (1)
b. They came very early (2)
c. They came with a question (3-4)
2. The Women received an angelic M__________ (16:5-8)
a. They enter the open tomb (5)
b. The angel gives an urgent message (6-7)
c. They leave the scene bewildered (8)
3. Mary returns to the tomb (John 20-11-16)
She is asked by the angels and by Jesus, “Why are you crying?”
