Easter & You:

Hundreds of millions are gathering in churches across the world celebrating this day.

Why? What's the big deal about Easter?

What does Easter have to do with my life today?

On the cross, Jesus endured torture by men and knew that His next stop was hell to be tortured by the devil.

Jesus trusted that God would not leave him in Hell.

In hell, the Holy Spirit energized Jesus! He went from being spiritually and physically dead to ALIVE.

Jesus took from satan the keys of hell & the grave ensuring that no one would ever have to go to Hell or be dominated by satan again!

Upon Jesus' resurrection the angels gave instruction to the women to spread the good news!

They singled out Peter from all of the other disciples.

Peter is just like us. He loved Jesus, he truly meant to do the right thing but he failed (and gave up).

Jesus loved Peter enough to pray for him and go after him. Jesus feels the same way about you!

Jesus has left the 99 to find you today! He's been chasing after you your entire life.

Even if you've left Him, He hasn't left you! (Matt. 11:28-30, James 4:8)

If you've chosen to follow Him, Jesus is now your High Priest. He's eager to help you, and He's actively doing it!

He is causing all things to work together for your good!
