This word, khen, is often translated as “grace” or “favor.”

Graciousness = Generosity motivated by delight
Because God delights IN US He gives us these generous gifts, most undeserved.
God’s grace isn’t rooted in our appreciation but in His goodness.
The grace of God is an overflow of His heart towards His wayward children.
Jesus is full of GRACE.
Why did Jesus give these gifts? He DELIGHTED in these men.
