“The 4 Habits of Loving Well”
Relationships are the best thing about life, but they’re also the
hardest.
When our relationships are healthy, life is better.
God created us for relationships.
“When we love well, we live well.”
Habit 1: Receive God’s Love
God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved.
“You can’t love well until you know you are well-loved.”
Receiving God’s Love

Habit 2: Release Forgiveness
Forgiveness is essential for relational wellness.
“Holding a grudge is like setting yourself on fire and hoping the
other person gets burned.”
“Forgiveness doesn’t change the past, but it can change your
future.”
“You can’t be free if you’re still holding onto the chains of the
past.”
Habit 3: Raise Boundaries
“Boundaries build bridges, not walls.”
• What boundaries do I need to set?
• How can I communicate my boundaries clearly?
“Healthy boundaries protect love from turning into resentment.”
What healthy boundaries look like in practice:

Habit 4: Respond with Sacrifice
“Love isn’t what you feel; it’s what you do when it’s hard.”
• Who is God calling you to love sacrificially?
• What is one practical way you can put their needs above your own?
“Love isn’t about what you get; it’s about what you give.”
“You don’t become a person of love by trying harder. You become
a person of love by staying connected to Jesus.”
“You can’t love well if you’re moving too fast to see the people
God has placed in your path.”
“You don’t become a person of love in a day. You become a person
of love by practicing love every day.”
