"Surrender to the Making" Christ is the Potter, we are the clay. Our Kingdom value is found in full surrender to His plans for us. Most have never heard of Edward Kimball. He was a Sunday School teacher who went out of his way, in obscurity, to invest in a young boy. The boy turned out to be Dwight L. Moody - an evangelist who won thousands to Christ. Our most insignificant surrender may yeild maximum Kingdom fruit!! As we move into 2025, the potential is greater than ever. But our potential will only be realized by our individual surrender to the Lord, and a willingness to lay aside the things which laden us, stealing our abilities. The critical questions are: What do YOU want for the world? What do YOU want for the church? What do YOU want for me?

Selfishness is part of our American culture...part of our inherent sinfulness.
How beautiful to see people surrender to the plans and purposes of God!
The quickest path to failure is to be self-focused. The quickest path to successs is to be 'others' focused.
1. To save us and redeem the vessel.
2. To mold us fo the purpose of seeing others saved. (Evangelism)
3. To equip and impassion us to make disciples of new believers. (Discipleship)
1. To Save the Lost
2. To use the Church to Accomplish His Purposes
3. To Bring Addition to the Kingdom Work through 'Willing' Vessels
* 'The Lord added to the church daily...'
* 'The Lord working with them...'
* 'If I be lifted up...I will draw all men unto Me...'
Emphasis: We we emphasize we will get. What we preach we will get. What we recognize we will get!
Personal Preparedness:
1. Break down the resistance.
2. Prayer
3. Fasting
Evangelism: This must become our lifestyle.
* It is impossible to pray the Lord of the harvest will send forth laborers...without volunteering yourself.
* We are the answer to Christ's prayer!
* The greatest tool of evangelism is LOVE!
* Be a Bringer!
GROW Curriculum:
* 101 = DISCOVERY - formerly Growth Track - three Sunday class for those interested in membership at NLC.
* 201 = DISCIPLESHIP - a three night class for understanding how to follow Jesus, know the bible, become a better believer.
* 301 = EVANGELISM - a three-night class for helping individuals develop their God-given skill of winning others to Christ.
* 401 = LEADERSHIP - a three night class for helping individuals develop skills in leading others on the team, in the church, in the marketplace.
Baby Moses. Through this story we gain insight into the heart of God. He was unwilling to place His chosen vessel (Moses) into enemy hands. So when he was found by Pharoah's daughter, the Lord presented Moses own mother to care for the baby.
"God will place the most innocent and vulnerable ... in the hands of the most caring and capable."
If we prepare ourselves...remain humble, keep a servant's heart, worship, defend the unity, preach the gospel, love the lost, teach and equip....GOD WILL PLACE THE MOST INNOCENT AND VULNERABLE (His babies) INTO OUR HANDS!
The future is limitless!!!
Allow the Potter to prepare your life for His service. In Jeremiah - the Potter has only two places for His vessels - the furnace (to solidify the vessel for service) or the field (the place of rejection).
