Chosen and Precious

The Bible tells us that Christians are chosen and precious in God’s sight. That what God thinks about us and says about us is not based on who we are or what we have done but based solely on God's affection for us and what Jesus accomplished for us through His death, burial, and resurrection. God’s love for us should compel us to love Jesus, become like Jesus, and share Jesus with the world. --- Life is full of challenges, yet as Christians we are called to live holy lives, reflecting God's character in every part of life. While enduring suffering and hardship is never easy, Jesus, our living hope, gives hope in difficult times. Throughout the letter of 1 Peter, we are reminded of the transformative power of God's amazing grace, the need to endure trials with patience, and the importance of trusting God by living in obedience to His word.
