Baptism & Membership Classes | 19, 26 May & 2, 9 June
All those who are interested in baptism and/or membership should plan to join us for this class during the Sunday School hour (11:15 am – 12:30 pm) in the community centre. This will be an opportunity to find out more of the church, what the Bible says about baptism/membership and a chance to ask your questions. Please see one of the pastors to express your interest.

Church AGM | TODAY (2:30 pm)
Our members are encouraged to join us for our Annual General Meeting which will be held at church on the 19th of May at 2:30 pm. Please plan to join us as we conduct important church business. The AGM report and proxy voting forms are now available for those who are not able to participate in person.

Clarifications on the AGM Proxy Voting Form
There have been queries submitted to the Board seeking clarifications on the AGM Proxy Voting Form as to why the Secretary & Chairperson are the only options available to nominate as proxy when previously members were able to nominate other church members as proxy.

To clarify, during COVID-19, government-enforced restrictions meant that only 2 people were able to meet together. The Church Constitution requires the Annual General Meeting to be held by May each year and in combination with these meeting restrictions, the Secretary and Chairperson were designated to attend the meeting in person on behalf of all of the members. As such, the Proxy Voting Form was amended to allow this.

In subsequent years, this change to the AGM Proxy Voting Form was forgotten. The Board agrees that the form should be reverted to the original state, however, the Board is unable to make the changes for the upcoming AGM taking place on 19th May 2024 due to the following issues:
● A number of members have already completed the current form and are overseas
● Sufficient notice is required to be given to members in preparation for the AGM
● To change the form now would result in two different voting forms, which would be unethical.

The Board will endeavour to revert to the previous form for the next member’s meeting. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Grace Women | EQUIP 2024 | 22nd June from 9:30 AM - 3 PM
EQUIP is an annual one-day conference held for women. This year, we will be reading through Revelation 1-5.

Please see the link below to RSVP and make a payment. The cost is $20 per person and free for teenagers between Yr 7 - Yr 12. If you are having lunch with us, it will cost an extra $20 per person.
