John 6:14-15 – “When the people saw the sign (the feeding of the five thousand) that he had done, they said, ‘This is indeed the Prophet who is to come into the world!’ Perceiving then that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, Jesus withdrew again to the mountain by himself.”

Mark 6:46 – “And after he had taken leave of them, he went up on the mountain to pray.”
Three instances of isolated prayer in Mark: 1:35, 6:46, and 13:35-39

Mark 6:48b-50 – “And about the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea. He meant to pass by them, 49 but when they saw him walking on the sea they thought it was a ghost, and cried out, 50 for they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”

“Fourth watch” = Between 3am and 6am

Exodus 34:5-7 – “The LORD descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.”
