(Hebrews 12:1 NLT) Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
Does God still talk to us today?
(Isaiah 30:21 NLT) Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you a voice will say, "This is the way you should go," whether to the right or to the left.

You can hear God yourself.

God will guide you.
• An encounter with God changes everything.

• God is often loudest in the lowest moments.

(Isaiah 6:1 NLT) It was in the year King Uzziah died ...

(Isaiah 6:1-4 NLT) It was in the year King Uzziah died that I saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple. Attending him were mighty seraphim, ... They were calling out to each other, "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Heaven's Armies! The whole earth is filled with his glory!" Their voices shook the Temple to its foundations, and the entire building was filled with smoke.
• When I see God clearly, I see myself clearly.

(Isaiah 6:5 NLT) Then I said, "It's all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the LORD of Heaven's Armies."
• God removes my past, so He can redeem my future.

Your #ONEstep may be letting God settle your yesterdays.

(Hebrews 9:14 NLT) ... Christ will purify our consciences ...

(Isaiah 6:6-8 NLT) Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal he had taken from the altar with a pair of tongs. He touched my lips with it and said, "See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven." Then I heard the Lord asking, "Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?" I said, "Here I am. Send me."
1. God always has more to show you.

(Isaiah 55:6 NLT) Seek the LORD while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near.

(Jeremiah 29:13 NLT) If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.
Join Him.

(John 8:12 NLT) Jesus spoke ..., "I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won't have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life."
2. God wants to change you.

(Isaiah 1:18 NLT) "Come now, let's settle this," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool.
3. You have something to do!

(Isaiah 60:1-3 NLT) "Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the LORD rises to shine on you. Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the LORD rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; ...
