Big Idea:
FEEL love for Jesus and FOLLOW Him into FISHING and FEEDING.

1. We are invited to FEEL in the presence of Jesus - John 21:1-8
a. Our emotions reveal what we think or believe about someone or something.
b. "Unless you are running away from Jesus or running toward Him, you actually don't really know who He is." - Timothy Keller

2. We are invited to FISH for people with Jesus - John 21:9-14
a. Jesus re-creates two prior experiences of Peter - his original call to follow Jesus after a fishing miracle in Luke 5:1-11 and his denial of Jesus around a charcoal fire in John 18.
b. Two paths: "Will you follow me and be a fisher of men? Or will you deny me and abandon your calling?"

3. We are invited to LOVE Jesus and HATE sin - John 21:15-17
a. Matthew 26:31-35
b. True repentance involves:
i. Facing up to our past.
ii. Renewing our love for Jesus.
iii. Following Him.

4. We are invited to FEED HIs sheep - John 21:15-23
a. Feed my lambs (21:15); Tend my sheep (21:16); Feed my sheep (21:17)
b. Glorify God in your death.
