John 14
8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.”
9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?

Christophany: The term “Christophany” combines the Greek words “Christos” (meaning “Christ”) and “phaneroo” (meaning “to be revealed” or “to manifest”). A Christophany signifies a visible manifestation of Christ before His human incarnation. Think of it like Stan Lee’s cameo appearances in Marvel movies—Christ shows up in the Old Testament, revealing glimpses of His future role.
Luke 20
41Then Jesus said to them, “Why is it said that the Messiah is the son of David?
42David himself declares in the Book of Psalms:

44David calls him ‘Lord.’ How then can he be his son?” Psalm 110
Hebrews 5
5In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him,
“You are my Son;
today I have become your Father.” Psalm 2:7
6And he says in another place,
“You are a priest forever,
in the order of Melchizedek.” Psalm 110:4
7During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.
8Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered
9and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him
10and was designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek.
Psalm 110:4 “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.
Gen 14:18 (who is Melchizedek)
18Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,
Isaiah 9
6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end.
He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it
with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.
Gen 14
17After Abram returned from defeating Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him, the king of Sodom came out to meet him in the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King’s Valley).
18Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,
19and he blessed Abram, saying,
“Blessed be Abram by God Most High,
Creator of heaven and earth.
20And praise be to God Most High,
who delivered your enemies into your hand.”
Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything.
