"Become A Hero Maker!”
Jonathan VOLUNTARILY chose to forego being A HERO and chose instead to become a HERO MAKER!
A Hero Maker’s Goal is to Support, Believe in, Invest in, Encourage, and Equip OTHERS to do great things for God.
They measure their success by WHO they’ve raised up to advance the Kingdom!
what COULD HAPPEN if you made it your Mission to become a Hero Maker by investing in someone else’s life?
Hero Making is the KEY TO KINGDOM MULTIPLICATION!
It’s not about WHAT YOU CAN DO BY YOURSELF, it’s about WHO you RAISE UP that produces Multiplication in the Kingdom of God.
A MULTIPLICATION MINDSET believes that the best way to advance the Kingdom is not by being a Lone Ranger but by investing in others and teaching them to do the same.
“A RESTLESSNESS that entices us to pursue unimportant things instead of life’s most important duties.”
“Apathy and Indifference is the Spiritual Sickness of our Age.”
WE MUST ENGAGE!
1. SEE IN PEOPLE WHAT JESUS SEES IN THEM
What do you SEE in the people that cross your path?
Every Hero needed a Hero Maker to become a Hero.
Becoming a Hero Maker begins with seeing people as Jesus sees them.
ALL of us have been called to be HERO MAKERS.
you can’t be a HERO MAKER if you don’t have a DISCIPLE.
2. SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLE
The reason that Hero or Disciple Making doesn’t happen very much is because it requires THE ONE THING that people guard the most in our culture…THEIR TIME!
Investing in people requires time, but that time is WORTH IT!
3. ACTIVATE THEIR GIFTS
Jesus ACTIVATED the gifts in The Twelve and then He RELEASED them to go do Ministry!
Matthew 10:1 says, “Jesus called his Twelve Disciples together and GAVE THEM AUTHORITY to cast out evil spirits and to heal every kind of disease and illness.”
The role of a Hero Maker is to SEE, DEVELP, and ACTIVATE people’s gifts and then RELEASE them into the community to do the works of Jesus.
4. A GAMEPLAN
STEP 1: ENGAGE IN A RELATIONSHIP.
STEP 2: ESTABLISH BIBLICAL FOUNDATIONS IN THEM.
STEP 3: EQUIP THEM TO MINISTER.
STEP 4: EMPOWER AND RELEASE THEM TO REPRODUCE AND DO MINISTRY.
The key as you release them is to emphasize that they must REPRODUCE and be a Hero Maker to others.
The first resource is the “One2One” Booklet.
When they finish that booklet, we want to encourage them to go through “The Purple Book”
the pattern that Jesus gave us is not about what we can DO, it’s about who we can INVEST our lives into and RAISE UP!
