Lakeview Fellowship Church is a community-focused church in Bowling Green, KY that desires to love God and to love people by sharing the love and grace of Jesus Christ and by encouraging each person to connect to the local body of believers, to grow in their faith and walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and to equip them to faithfully serve God and His Church by the power of the Holy Spirit at work within.

Spiritual Growth is Intentional, not automatic.
3 Exhortations:
I. Guard
“Many today have been ‘carried away’ by progressive Christianity, critical theory, cheap easy believism, the prosperity gospel, secularism, gender and sexuality issues, and sloppy spirituality.”
II. Grow
“People do not drift toward holiness. Apart from grace-driven effort, people do not gravitate toward godliness, prayer, obedience to Scripture, faith, and delight in the Lord. We drift toward compromise and call it tolerance; we drift toward disobedience and call it freedom; we drift toward superstition and call it faith.”
Our Growth is to take place in two areas:
1. In Grace
2. In Knowledge
III. Glorify
“Our ultimate aim and highest purpose must be to give glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”
“The most basic essential for any healthy church is a steadfast commitment to hearing, learning, and applying God’s Word in order to grow as disciples of Christ.”
2 Peter 3:17-18
