1. Find Your “Band of Brothers or Sisters”
Build a loving support system and get the help you need.
2. Develop a Conversational Relationship with God Through Journaling
Slow down regularly and quiet yourself on the inside and the outside.
3. Learn to Go to God FIRST and MOST for Everything you Need.
Own your emotions
4. Detox Your Soul by Killing Your ANTS.

When I think God thoughts, God changes me not into a BETTER VERSION OF ME, but into a whole NEW PERSON.

· What caused me to think it and believe it?

3. Destroy the ANT by replacing the LIE with the TRUTH of Scripture.

A.REPENTANCE is a necessary part of CAPTURING these thoughts.
Repentance is the radical renewal and renovation of our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. It is God’s work to incrementally conform us to the image of His Son from the inside out.
