Life in Jesus → Wholeness, Life in the World → Unrest
Life in Jesus → Wholeness -Confident Hope, Life in the World → Unrest -Wishful Thinking
And hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die.
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Life in Jesus → Wholeness -Confident Hope -Motivated by Love, Life in the World → Unrest -Incomplete -Wishful -discouraged -Motivated by Desire
Questions to Ponder- What would my life look like if I embraced the life of peace, confident hope and unending love that Jesus offers me? -How would that change how I view my current circumstances? -What does love require of me? For my neighbors? My family? My friends? My church?
