Tactic 1: Redream the Dream (NC4 Manifesto 2024)

Our core conviction is that “true life is to know God in Christ.”

Therefore, we exist to multiply mature disciples.

Our method for doing this is by cultivating church communities of kingdom collaboration.

We’re reaching people who wish there were more to life to show them that there is.

Our ethos is
Family: we put relationship first
Proximity: we seek to make heaven touch earth
Fidelity: we follow Jesus and his word
Perennity: we embrace Spirit and sacrament as timeless
Unity: we put everyone in the game
Hilarity: we live with audacious joy
Conspiracy: we collaborate with God in his mission

Our dream for 2030 is to see four localized communities discipling over 1500 diverse disciples as kingdom entrepreneurs.

Tactic 2: Restructure for Innovation and Discipleship:
Position the kind of people, programs, systems and processes that will best facilitate the dream.

Tactic 3: Recapture a Pioneering Spirit: equipping, strategizing and creating

Salvation Prayer
Dear Lord Jesus, thank You for drawing me to Yourself from my darkness, my sin, and my shame. I repent of my sins, and I ask You to forgive me. I welcome You into my heart, and I surrender my future into Your hands. Guide me by Your Holy Spirit, and help me to be a reflector of Your light to those around me. Thank You for including me in Your family. Amen
