“Goodness”
March 3, 2024: Dr. Jacob Hawk

Words have a lot of power. They can instruct, encourage, and challenge,
but sometimes, they can confuse.

“Goodness” is a word that can be hard to define. It is not only relative but
saturated in daily conversation.

The New Testament seems to define “goodness” in different, but important ways.

Key Verses:
- Matthew 19:16
- Luke 10: 30-37
- Luke 10: 42
- Romans 8:28
- Galatians 5:22

People of “goodness” are noble, beneficial, and generous.
