Cain Spirit or the Spirit of Murder
There are many spirit that seek to make you stumble, fall or even get out of the race altogether

• In Governments there are visible armies & they have a strategy to the way they make war

• The more hidden & subtle forms of warfare is called “Covert Operations”

• Every branch of our military has special operations, who work undercover: FBI. CIA.

• Satan also uses them, most things he does are hidden

Wiles; Methodeia; where we get methods, 2 words; Meta; meaning midst, & Hodos; to travel a road or journey.

To Satan’s covert actions: he means to stop & kill the journey, by interruptions, stumbling blocks, and memories so he can kill your God-given goals & dreams, get you off of your route, & get you to go a different way other than the way God wants you to go. All by hidden traps.

Tools; Satan uses people or wounds of the past to lure you away from God’s best

For example; pure busy work, keeps you doing “Work”

Temptation: peirasmos; to solicit or to lure to action

Example: To singles he distracts you with the opposite sex, and suddenly instead of going towards God's vision not you are centered on the road to that person, nothing else matters.

His own iniquities entrap the wicked man, and he is caught in the cords of sins. He shall die for lack of instruction, and in the greatness of his folly, he shall go astray. Prov 5:22-23 [too busy for church or too busy to read the Word]

James 1:13-15 (KJV) Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Enticed; beguile, to influence by slyness, to attract or hold the attention or interest of, to entrap
Conceived; through thoughts, birthed something in you, Seized, to clasp, captured, taken as prey.

The bait worked;
Now we are interested in the distraction we forget the vision & the search for the mysteries of God; now the distraction brings forth death of a vision, or relation with God

1 Corinthians 2:7,10 (NLT) No, the wisdom we speak of is the mystery of God—his plan that was previously hidden, even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began.
V.10 But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.

Now like Cain we don’t care about pleasing God any more;

The Strategy of death takes over!!

Cain 1st born of Adam & Eve; babies are a blessing from the Lord;

1. The blessing; Turned into the enemy;

1 John 3:12 (KJV) Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous. [lost his love walk]

Jude 1:10-11 (KJV) But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. [Korah Numb. 16

2. CAIN’s way; The way of Cain, Cain is known by he murdered his brother

3. It was a worship WAR!!

Hebrews 11:4 (KJV) By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

• Cain did it the way he wanted to instead of how God required it
then got jealous because God accepted his brothers sacrifice not his.

• God now comes to help get him back on the path he starts arguing with God

Genesis 4:9-12 (KJV) And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.

• This spirit rejects leadership, and believes it has a better way to handle things

• This spirit follows families, the rebellion of his mother and dad the sin nature that was born in them followed Cain

• Cain had problems within his own family

• Jealousy that was birthed in Eve thinking God withheld something from them caused her to go her own way;

• Satan had told Eve “You won’t die, you will be like God if you partake of the tree in the midst of the garden, your eyes will be open, God is withholding from you!!

• Abel; Keeper of sheep; like a Pastor, God accepted his offering of the blood, murdered by his brother, to murder is to slander
• Cain; tiller of the cursed ground, he brought something that was cursed to God
• Jealousy was born in him just like his mother, he got cursed [cursed to be excluded from God’s presence causing severe affliction & torment]
• Jealousy brought out his evil heart; he participated in his own destruction, by sinning


Abel was a faith man who wanted to please God, so he brought the accurate & right sacrifice He wanted nothing more than to worship God

1. God clearly instructed He could only be approached by a BLOOD SACRIFICE

2. At the gate of the garden God put a CHERUBIM there to stop them from partaking of the tree of lie so they didn’t live forever in the fallen state, he became a fugitive & a vagabond; which are kept out of the garden of God
3. Driven from the presence of God for doing it his way

Fugitive; He was the 1st criminal, one who needs to hide, or escape from captivity being quick to disappear, fleeting, a wrongdoer who is guilty of a serious crime, to deserve severe reproach, one who commits acts of violence, shameful, a waster by nature willing to commit a criminal offense.

Vagabond; one who wanders about aimlessly,[no stability, aims, direction, a drifting double dealer, one who acts as an actor] without ties to community or one place or person, a wanderer or drifter, a double dealer, criminal in the sight of God

The Spirit of Cain; having the character of the wicked one, hurtful, evil, degenerate, guilty, full of , poreo, diseased, full of mischief, devil like, factious or having dissension , culpable one who deserves blame who acts in criminal behavior.

Genesis 3:23-24 (KJV) Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim’s, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Cherubim posted at the gate to the garden;
Cherubim ;Hebrew: garash Guarded, the way to the tree of life, they had 4 faces, calf’s feet, 4 wings, they saw from all sides, so nothing is hidden from them, and were made to keep you out of the garden of God where He is, it is His presence, and were made to resist any one from getting into God presence or His garden, that is why Satan is so good at keeping people out of God’s presence and away from the way of life, they keep you from church attendance or from hearing or receiving a word from God, they resist , the grasp or hold on, they drive men away, to expel you to divorce you, no longer fellowship together. Cherubim’s are meant to resist you from getting somewhere that is why Satan is good at his job, he was created to do that job

Explains the homeless wanderer meaning the unsettled

The hands of each were the hands of a man.
The hand is the symbol of active power, guided by skilfulness (Ps 78:72).

We think Satan was the most beautiful creature how could he look like that? We are looking with what is beautiful to humans, In deliverance one time the fallen angel said I was so ugly to them we are ugly. They are a different created being than us.

Cain even started using sarcasm on God in his fallen state! Am I my brothers keeper?
