Wednesday, October 11 | 11am-1pm | The MC Milestones Council is hosting a Catholic Charities flu shot clinic in the lobby for people 60 years of age and above. Halloween/Fall Event
This year we are planning on joining in on the village event, Fall On the Square, in lieu of doing our own event. Last year Fall on the Square was held at the same time as our trunk or treat and instead of competing, we are looking to be a part of the community. That being said, we are still waiting on information on the event. It is planned for October 21, 2023.

Wednesday Night Dinner
Wednesday | 5:30-6:15pm | $4 | This week we are having baked chicken and salad.

Craft & Vendor Fair

Be Real: Transformation
Romans: 12-1-21
October 1, 2023

“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:29-30

“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11:29-30

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Romans 12:1

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Romans 12:2

A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Galatians 6:7-9

Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.
1 Corinthians 9:25

Train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.
1 Timothy 4:7-8

Surround yourself with people practicing transforming disciplines.
